Extend Manage Supplier Line Items (App IDF0712) - S/4HANA 1809

Dear, please if you can help with the problem below I would appreciate it. We made an extension of the application mentioned in the title above, we added two new columns with calculation rules and after that it started to generate an error in the standard filter, and now we have an error when running the application and trying to filter a supplier, basically the error below appears :

I have the same problem

I extended this app and run it.

When I click on the ComponyCode and Supplier fields to open the search help, I get this error.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
