Change National insurance category for EE under 25 Apprentice NICAT

Hi,

When I try to change NI category for EE under 25 years age from A to H, I am seeing the below error.

"EE Not Eligible for Under 25 Apprentice NICAT,Input Valid NI category".

Please can someone advise me how do I change the NI category.
