How to add customized field in Ariba Sourcing/Contract

Hi Gurus,

Client wants to add some customized fields in the following snapshot of Sourcing Project and Contract Workspace.

Is there a list include the fields have been pre-defined in Ariba?

Or I have to raise SR to involve Ariba team to add it?
