Slow PDF Generation and sending email via outlook for SAP B1

Hello Experts,

I created an invoice, export it to pdf, and send thru outlook within SAP B1. Can you explain why it takes so long to render a PDF and send it via outlook? Is this a common problem and si there anything we can do to speed up the process? What are the things we need to check?
