How to increase from 333 to 666 or 999 in MI31 Max. No. Items/Doc.

Dear All,

I am facing this kind of issue. Like, when I have to create ınventory document for all materials/article throughout the relevant Site/ warehouse in ME31, I can use max 333 no of items/ article in a single doc, so how to increase it from 333 to 666 or 999. if it is possible please share the process. I am using SAP ECC6.
