Hello Expert,
The Purchase Quotation form not opening also not showing any error message on system message log.
Document numbering also defined for Purchase Quotation & Purchase Quotation Group.
User having full authorization i.e Super User.
Please advice.

Open mainmenu (CRTL+0)
Goto Sales Menu
Press Shift and hold, then click on Purchase Quotation and hold Shift until window opens

Restore in a test environment and strip it to it's original status, meaning:
- don't install add-ons.
- remove formatted searches, triggers, transaction notifications and deactivate all alerts, .
- user super user.
Try it again. Use method of exclusion to figure out what is causing it.

Please note what I am saying here is for a test environment to find the root cause, even if it resolves the issue you should not do this on the productive db.
You can delete the entries in table CSHS (formatted searches) in your test environment to see if it makes a difference. If nothing changes you can conclude that the formatted searches are not causing the issue.
