If SAP user ID created for your one user- you can request GRC / Basis team to share access for your one user for requested location/logistic area of accessing transaction/s. You can use reference user with SAP user ID which will help GRC/Basis team to share access for your one user but all needs approval and business justification to share access for the requested roles for your one user!

Check you have authorization matrix file to find reference user for your requirement and the same can be assigned to your needed user.

If this is a new one- you too can create a new role with may be warehouse number /Storage location as needed with authorization object and assigned to your favorable user, allowing capacity of values required.
