From 3 days we cannot access to the SAP CAL S/4Hana system: SAP S/4HANA 2020 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance

No server available
Server time: 2021-09-10 08:22:23
All the instance are in green on the SAP Cloud Appliance Library and AWS Dashboard:
We make a reboot of our instance it not resolve the problem.

Yes, but our own license key S4H was activated by our Basis team 2 weeks ago, but still when the initial trial license expired, we no longer have access to SAP CAL.

I suppose that you have a valid SAP CAL susbcription. If tis is the case, you can create a case for the SAP Cloud Appliance Library under the component BC-VCM-CAL. Create a Case

Did you also apply the HANA DB license ? Easiest is to check via Eclipse on the Remote Desktop (you need to apply the license key in the HANA System DB) - the Getting Started guide mentions the needed parameters.

I tried via port 44300, I have this error : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
With the SAP GUI I've this error :
Two week ago, we activeted our license S4 wtih our Basis team on SAP S/4H with the transaction SLICENSE. Unfortunately, now it's not possible to run it again with connexion failled.
We tried to run SAP Netweaver 7.50 (https://vhcalj2eci.dummy.nodomain:50001/nwa) but no access too.

I assume you're getting this error in Fiori Launchpad via port 44301 ?
Try the following:
1.
Access Fiori via port 44300 (same Fiori URL with different port number). If this works, most probably the trust connection between Web Dispatcher (on port 44301) and the ABAP server is broken. This can happen eg. if you have changed something in transaction STRUST. Re-establishing the trust is described in this guide on slide 36/37 (guide is listed on appliance demo page).
2.
If port 44300 doesn't work either: Can you log on to S/4 via SAP GUI ? If not, your ABAP server is down. This can have various reasons that you need to analyze in more detail. Often it's an expired license in ABAP and HANA after 90 days (see the Getting Started Guide chapter 3.3).
Please post further information / screenshots if you can't solve it.
