after create universal ID i can't see my created SAP cloud appliance instances in my account?

it was woking fine before linking my account to universal account

Hello,

I suspect that you have more than one SAP User. Perhaps you have a P-User and one or more S-Users.

Could it be the case that your currently logged SAP user is not the one you created your SAP CAL instance(s) with?

Yes but i have use same S-User which i have created the isntances..
