SAP trial version

Hi SAP community,

I am a Master's student working on a project involving the implementation of Quality Management Systems on SAP. In short, I am asked to create a Data base for Nonconformity records. I am getting confused by the amount of information available on this software and I can not even access it. So my question are , Is there a Student or a Trial version for SAP? , if yes how can I access it? .
