Sales Order not appearing in other business area .

Greetings,

I created a sales order which was consistent and I was able to submit and release the sales order for material .

But I can't seem to find the sales order in the customer demand work area and also a delivery proposal isn't created.

I cant also find the sales order in the sales order view of the customer invoice work center .

The sales order seems to only appear on the sales orders view of the sales order work center.

I would appreciate some help as to why this is happening.

Hello lemdy,

Once the sales order is released, system should create sales order invoice request with Processed status automatically. From your description, it seems the sales order has error in backend and failed to create follow up documents.

I would suggest you create an incident to SAP, tell the sales order ID and permission to correct it.
