Regarding the emergency patch process, this is based on the severity of an identified issue and the impact it might have on customers. There is no scheduled patch process.
If you encounter an issue that is critical and that requires code correction you need to log a Support ticket so that we can investigate and identify the cause. If we determine that it is code related and a critical issue we will then create a patch to fix the issue on the affected tenants.
Regards,
Peter

hi peter.kreutlein , emergency patch or not, we still miss an overview of released bug fixes... even for low-priority fixes that would be fixed in next QRC. The current release notes still only document new features... never anything on bugfixes.
We have no immediate overview on a released fixes.. so we end up in situations where users faced a certain issue which is suddenly is not reproduceable anymore, and we don't know why.
Please <at least> publish this for production tenants.

Hello axel.pottier you might be interested by this new schedule for 2022. https://blogs.sap.com/2022/01/17/sap-analytics-cloud-tenants-on-quarterly-release-cycle-qrc-updates-.... Kind regards, Antoine

Hi Martin,
My customer was running on SAC 2021.14.10 and got updated to 2021.14.11 last evening (I have the screenshots, as unable to find this out by myself).
We were looking for an uptade for a fix, so apparently we are good, provided customer tests are positive.
What I am still looking for, with maybe less urgency now, is a schedule for these SAC updates, as they are apparently on the fast track releases schedule (and not on the quarterly).
Does such a schedule exist? is there a hot fix collection attached to each of these releases?
Regards,
Axel

Thanks for the answers and links provided,
My challenge is I am not completely sure if my customer is on the quarterly release cycle or the bi-weekly cycle (fast track). I strongly guess they are on the fast track, hence my question when is the SAC 2021.14.11 release shipped to customer?
Regards,
Axel
