Read all users from company code

Dear Experts,

I have the following requirement in my real estate contract workflow approval process :

1. To read all the users based on a company code first and
2. Filter them by 2 roles

For 2nd point I know that AGR_USERS will be useful.

For the 1st point I tried the combination AGR_1252 and AGR_USERS but it didn't help as the roles from AGR_1252 are not present in AGR_USERS.

Is there any better way to achieve my requirement?
