We used to reate CVCs in MC62 through a file which was uploaded in infoproviders.
Earlier we used 5 and 6 digit SKUs but recently after migration to S4 we are using 7 digit SKUs. The issue is that the CVCs are not getting created for the 7 digit SKUs through infoprovider. Though manually I'm able to create but on uploading Sales Plan for those manually created CVCs, we're getting wrong units in the Planning Book(i.e. we are uploading in 'Tons' but getting results in Packets-PAK).
So, I need sugeestion on this that i we need help of an ABAPer on the same. As we know MC62 is SAP defined T-code so, can such changes be made by ABAPers there.
Also help me with other solutions as it is important because if sales plan is not getting uploaded then whole of the planning would suffer.
