Timing is work schedule

I have a scenario where min no of hrs the employee has to work is 8hrs

with start time and end time as 9am to 5pm

but want to give flexibility of coming late or going early upto 15min, but should satisfy min 8 hrs

pl help me in configuring the same

Use Tolerence time in Daily work schedule to allow employees to record start and end time other than regular log in and log out.

Tolerance time is available in SAP.

Can you suggest how to configure tolerance time in Success factor
