BOM Usage and Accuracy

Hello Members,

I want to measure the BOM usage and BOM Accuracy from SAP. BOM Usage means that "Work Order Material Line Items where the material was added to the work order directly from BoM". BOM Accuracy means that "Work Order Material Line Items where the material is on a BoM on the work order Functional Location or up to 4 levels below".

Is there any t-codes or tables available in SAP to extract the report. How to identify or where is the mapping work order equipment structure BOM and work order material in SAP background?
