Annual Salary Calculation in IT0008

Hi

We have this specific requirement for which I need help.

Currently. Annual Salary = (Basic Salary +Fixed Allowance) *12

where fixed allowance = basic salary *0.334

Now, the requirement is

Annual Salary = Basic Salry *12 + Fixed Allowance

where Fixed ALLOWANCE = Basic Salary *4

Please let me know how I can achieve this in the system.
