Still receive emails although contract is releases

Hi guys,

I have a problem: I have maintained in activated STANDARD Workflow in our development system (transaction SWDD, Workflow WS20000079). Also I have activated the job RSWUWFML2 (Transactioncode SM37) to send email notification.

My question: Although the contract is already released I still become the email that I have to release the contract.

FYI: I was frustrated and I wanted to get rid of this email so I deleted the position in the contract but STILL I receive this emails :(.

How can I please end the sending of these emails.

Thank you.

Since this has been sitting unanswered for so long, I'm guessing I'm not the only one confused by the question.

The most obvious solution to not getting emails is to stop sending them. You're mentioning that you started the job to send out emails but now you don't want them. Well... Then stop the job. 🙂

If this is still an issue I'd suggest to be more clear about what exactly are you trying to solve.

Thanks!

You are right I can stop the running job but it is not the definitive solution 🙂

I think my question is clear enough: The job should send email only as long as the contract/PO is NOT released.

If the contract/PO is already released the job (logically) can´t(should not) find any UNreleased contract/PO to send notifications per email to the user asking him to release the contract.

So why am I still receiving notifications per email to release a contract/PO that has been already released?

Thank you for help .
