Hello everyone, I hope you are all good.

I'm having some problems with my maintenance plans. We are programming using the same parameters, but when we close and confirm the maintenance orders, some of them automatically generate the next ones and others do not. We checked all of them, and the plans are using the same informations. In this case, we have been using IP10 and IP30, to start this orders. Can you help us with some information ?

Igor,

Check the call horizon settings in the maintenance plans. If this is set to 0% then it will create the next order immediately.

hi Peter, we are using 1%.

So thats very close to 0% and will also create the orders VERY soon after TECO of the previous order.

Yes Peter, in some cases the orders are ok, the next orders are oppening normally, but in some cases not. The orders are waiting for our actions.

Do the orders that are OK have shorter maintenance periods that those that are NOT OK?

Can you give some examples, possibly showing the IP10 calls?
