PO approval additional email beside of notification in inbox

How can I set the setting for PO flexible workflow, that the PO approver receives, not only a notification in inbox, but also a separate email?

Since you have posted in cloud for sourcing and procurement. I am assuming it is for FIORI inbox.

In my opinion check if you can have your scenario by custom flexible workflow option. for more details please refer the below blog with steps to define flexible workflow. Check Step#9 which allows us to have custom flexible workflow using transaction SWDD.
