New Planning Model not visible SAC add in for Office

I'm trying to access my sac planning model, new model, through the add in for office but I can not find it. Does the add in support the new planning model?

Hi Berno,

Which SAP Analysis for Office are you using? Check your edition and version. Reference: Understanding the Various Analysis for Microsoft Office Versions

Also look into discussion here: SAC acquired Model missing in Analysis for Office in excel "I found out the problem, it is because New Model Type is not support when using the Analysis plug in"

In the Roadmap Q3 2021 "New Model Support in Microsoft Excel" is for SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office.

To make long story short I don't think New Model is supported by other SAP Analysis for Office editions.

Thanks for you response! We are running on 2021.14, Q3 2021 but I can still not see it. It was planned for Q3 but was it actually delivered? Is there something I have to do to use this functionality?

what version of SAC tenant do you have? Is the quarterly update coming (Q3 2021)?
