Connecting SAC to AO (Analysis Office) for Planning Data Load

It is my understanding that SAP AFO can upload data into the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW), specifically integrated planning for SAP BW (SAP BW-IP) or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC). I also noticed that you can connect AFO TO SAC planning (Screen shot below). Is it then possible to use AFO to load planning data into SAC with the end goal of moving this data from SAC to ACDOCP ?
