Can you send a link to a spool request in SWBP

Hi,

How can you send a distribution list a message in SWBP and attach a link to a spool request instead of attaching the actual document?

if you want to send only the spool ID and let the receiver display it then you have to send a work item in place of an email

it is kind of a trivial workflow with only one task: display a spool
