Automatic Risk / Opportunity Population for Activity

Hi All,

We have a number of Risks that are common for a number of Activities. Ideally, it would be great to have Risk Templates flow into the Activity based on some Master Data Object. Originally, we thought the Activity Category would achieve this when a Risk Classification is assigned. Unfortunately, this did not work.

We have been unsuccessful in finding a solution. Is it possible to automatically "propose" these Risks Templates when creating a new Activity in Risk Management? See the screen below that we are trying to automatically populate.
