Hi Everyone,

We are implementing Org data and Employee master data(Mini master) from SuccessFactors Employee central to S/4 HANA via CPI Interface.

Mapping has been completed and data is replicated successfully to S/4 HANA ,But facing below issues:

1. In CATS, target hours is displaying as 0 hours instead of 8 hrs, earlier it was working fine and completed testing as well. But now target hours are displaying as 0 hours and there is no change in Configuration recently .I have checked Infotype 0007- hours are displaying as 8 and checked the Work schedule config but couldn't resolve the issue.

. In Infotype 0007, Working time format is displaying in Incorrect format

For Eg: Employment percent is displaying as 1,00 instead of 100

Daily working hours as 0,08 instead of 8,00.

Weekly working hours 0,40 instead of 40,00.

This issue, we are getting only in case of Employees that are replicated from SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA, but for Employees created manually in S/4 HANA using PA40 we are not facing this issue.

Can you please help me to resolve above issues.

CATS display the Work schedule maintained in IT0007 for the employee, you can maintain manually for a single employee first the correct work schedule directly in IT0007 for the replicated employees

compare the employee working with the non working one, what is the difference between the work schedule and also are both using same CATS profile?

Hi, check with your integration consultant whether they can enable the trace/debug the data transfer from SF to S4, so that you can find the root cause for this error/data conversion.

Also check your HR mini master data & config data in SF is correct with respect to target s4 master data.
