AS not running I got this error: Dispatcher, GRAY, Stopped,

Hello,

Hana DB is running and everything looks normal in it, but I cannot access the AS through GUI I got this error

And the result of the following command "sapcontrol -nr 00 -function GetProcessList" is

Logs are attached, dev-disp.txt & dev-w0.txt. I hope it help to clarify the problem!

Hi Mohamed,

Is this any connectivity issue from application to DB instance? refer the SAP note 2670267.

Again I faced the same error! and the DB license is valid with no problems!

Kindly advice me, what to check to sort this problem out.

Hi Mohamed

It is happening only on your system or all? could you check the pc or laptop which you are connecting to the SAP system.
