SOLMAN drop area

Hi,

We connect to our SAP system using VPN.

Our solution manager drop area service is enabled and our SP>05. Still when i try drag and drop documents in drop area it is not getting added.

Also, if i unhide drop area from options i can not see the text 'drop your documents here' or anything similar to mention where i should drop my documents.

Should i check anything else to see if i can mass upload documents using drop area in our system? or how can we use drop area when in VPN.

We just updated our solman to SPS14 and we face the same issue.
