The service is an add-on for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, so the customer needs a license for that. The service itself can be purchased from your sales representative and is on a 12-month subscription period which will extend automatically. During this time the customer can request multiple refresh cycles.

Hello colleagues,

unfortunately this 12 month- subscription period is outdated information. Current state on contract length

is that the service is bound on the customers SAP S/4HANA Cloud subscription/contract. Assuming

a five year contract for the main solution SAP S/4HANA Cloud the subscription length for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, test data refresh will be the same length from the beginning. Please keep this status quo information in mind.
