Error activation BC InfoSource

Hi all

I get this error when I try to activate the 2LIS_11_V_SCL InfoSource:

Diagnosis

Characteristic 0CM_MCATDIV is used as an attribute or navigational attribute of characteristic 0CM_CDT1. Characteristic 0CM_HIEID has been inserted in the compund of characteristic 0CM_MCATDIV. In this grouping, characteristic 0CM_HIEID must be likewise an attribute or a navigational attribute of characteristic 0CM_CDT1 (or be in the compound of characteristic 0CM_CDT1), which is, however, not the case.

System response

Characteristic 0CM_MCATDIV can not be activated.

Procedure

Firstly include the characteristic 0CM_HIEID as an attribute or a navigational atttribute (or in the compound) of characteristic 0CM_CDT1 before you actiavte characteristic 0CM_MCATDIV.

The problem is that I have already included the char. 0CM_HIEID in the compound of 0CM_CDT1, so why does it tell me that it is not? All the char. are activated succesfully but it still gives me this error.

And suggestions in how to solve this?

Hi Jagadish,

I am very sorry, but I actually don't recall how I solved the issue... I usually post a solution to the problem if I solve it myself, but unfortunately I didn't do that in this case.

My suggestion would be to create the infosource manually. The BC IS does not contain anything fancy (formulas, routines etc.) so it should not take long to do so.
