Rise with SAP private edition for Customer Services Module

Hi All,

SAP new offering wherein they say Rise with SAP private edition will have all the features exactly like what you have on SAP On premises?

I would like to ask

1.Do we have all the IMG capabilities given via spro in Rise with SAP Private edition ?

2. Do we have all the functions available for Services like In house repairs , onsite repairs , service contract management , spare parts delivery etc in Rise with SAP private edition ? all at once ?

3.Does Rise with SAP Private edition is dependent on quarterly or annual releases ? or is it just Copy of SAP on prem hosted on cloud with hyperscalers?

Hi Waseem,

In SAP S/4HANA PCE, you have the full IMG access to configure your system.

Regarding the solution capabilities, please check the latest service description guide available for S/4HANA PCE or the Industry Solution Portfolio and contact your SAP Account Manager.

An annual upgrade is available and you must upgrade every 5 years to stay in mainstream support.

Rise with SAP S/4 HANA - If i have to do configuration for service management how do i do via spro or something else?
