What are the corresponding functions in CALM for Solution Manager ITSM? In a customer case using Solman for ITSM inensively can CALM be a replacement option for RISE Private Edition customers?

ITSM in the sense of a service desk application for incident management is not planned for SAP Cloud ALM.
