What are the corresponding functions in CALM for Solution Manager ITSM? In a customer case using Solman for ITSM inensively can CALM be a replacement option for RISE Private Edition customers?

Hi Sadid,

ITSM in the sense of a service desk application for incident management is not planned for SAP Cloud ALM.

The following related capabilities are available:

• Simple change management
• Requirements

On the SAP Cloud ALM roadmap:

• Defect management
• Deployment of ABAP based transports
• Management of deployments of cloud solutions
• Integration of the workflow for extension of the change process
