Designer.dll Task Scheduler error: 80080005

Hello!

For information about the structure of the unv-universe, I use the library Interop.Designer.dll

If I logged into windows, then my application that uses this library works correctly.

If I run the application by Task Sheduler with the parameter "Run whether user is logged or not", I get the error

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80080005): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0A5A217D-CC20-42EF-BF9E-9222080DBC13} failed due to the following error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE)).

Please, recommend actions that could fix the error!
