CRM 5.0 - Communication Station Error



We are in process of installing/configuring CRM 5.0 with Mobile Sales.

We have successfully installed communication station & mobile sales software (at least the message after installation states this).

We have also configured RFC destination 'net4abap' as mentioned in the installation documemt.

However when we go to 'Client Console --> Test Adaptor Connection' we are getting error message 'Unable to connect to Communication Station. SOURCE: Adapter connection'.

As per the suggestions given we checked the network connectivity of the communication station and registry entry in windows. However both are found to be correct.

Can anyone please advice what could be wrong here?
