Hello Shubham,

There are two similar questions to the right of your post, were either of these helpful?

If it is a browser based connection Chrome has the incognito feature that should not store any cookies. If it is SAML authentication you wish to bypass you can add to the URL "?saml2=disabled"

for example;

https://<host>/<target web page or application>?saml2=disabled

or if the URL has a query use "&saml2=disabled"

for example

https://<host>/<target web page or application>?client=100&sap-languae=en&saml2=disabled

Hello David,

Thanks for the help 🙂
for your first question, the SSO does work even in Incognito, so that doesn't help for my use case.

in particular, I want to access SAP Trial Cockpit link from different users, for which I need to disable SSO. in windows, I knew some workarounds, but here I am not sure how to do that.

and the way you suggested (adding saml2=disabled) didn't help here.

Kind Regards,

Shubham

Hi shubhamagarwal.
SAP uses OAuth. When you logon to SAP Trial Cockpit or other SAP site several cookies are stored in your web browser. You may find them in Chrome by entering next URL chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=accounts.sap.com
Rignt now I see 5 cookies:
IDP_J_COOKIE, IDP_USER, XSRF_COOKIE, locale and target_url.
Once you delete all cookies you will have to logon again. Or I suppose just removing IDP_USER cookie for accounts.sap.com will be enough.

Same works for incognito session: Once you logged in to any of SAP sites, in another Chrome incognito windows you will use the same cookies set. So incognito mode is like logging into Chrome with another account. If SSO works for incognito session, I suppose you did not close some another window of Chrome in incognito mode. Because cookies exists till session end (all Chrome windows closed under this account).

So solution for you can be: Use your main google account to logon to SAP Trial account, use incognito for logon into another trial account. Use another Chrome (google) accounts to logon under 3rd and more users.

Play with this to check yourself.

Let me know if I misunderstood your question. I will consult more.

Hello andrei.balashchenko

Thanks for taking out time and helping here 🙂
I deleted all the cookies from the browser, then tried in Incognito, that didn't work. I also tried to close chrome browser completely and then launch the cockpit URL again. but again it takes SSO only.

the requirement is that I have different trial accounts which I need to access from the same laptop and due to SSO I am not able to access other accounts.

Please help 🙂

I know I am late to the party 🙂

For me using Safari in Incognito (keep clicking 'Cancel' in the SSO popups) would finally let you log in with a different user name. I can't do this with Chrome or FireFox at all.. incognito or not.
