Importing transport reques is stuck

dear all

we face with probl about importing transport request(tr), if we try to importing a tr , it will be stuck at

STOP SET VERSION FLAGS

START tp_getprots (tp log)

and truck picture remain there. I already check transport directory, transport tool, and RFC connection , and result ok... pls suggest us ti solve it
