FIORI Timesheet and Time OFF collision

We use FIORI time off for recording absence and FIORI timesheet(V2.0) for recording attendances.

1 - ESS WDA application supports HR enabled CATS, do FIORI timesheet version 2.0 supports HR enabled CATS ?

2 - Employee submits regular attendance for the week in advance and the request is waiting for manager approval. Later during the same week, EE apply for Vacation through time off tile, is it possible to restrict employee from submitting vacation leave due to the fact that attendance record is waiting for approval ? Is it possible to display a collision at the point of entry ?
