Prerequisites Check - Design Studio 1.6

I am getting a prerequisites check message, when i start design studio 1.6:

On Server side, I have:

and on Client Side, I have:

ds-client-side-version.jpg

I am aware that SAP Design Studio has already reached End of Life and we need to migrate the dashboards to Lumira. We are in the phase of migrating the existing Analysis Application to Lumira, however, the existing analysis applications are not opening in SAP Design Studio.

At least, if I can open the Analysis Application (created on SAP Design Studio) in SAP Design Studio then I can proceed further, but hard-luck.

Would request to please assist me with this, what needs to be done?

While opening the Analysis Application, I'm getting the below error message:

Thank you soo very much for responding to my issue, and apology for the delayed response was occupied with some other project.

I did try to open the application through SAP Lumira (Version 1.30, Build 109), however, post connecting to the BO Repository, it does not even show that Analysis Application in Repository Folder.

Maybe because its Type is "Analysis Application" when verified in CMC.

It is just that this application is not opening in DS-Client - 1.6 SP07, 1.6 SP06, SP05, SP04, SP03, SP02, SP01. It shows the same error "The Application 'JumpCompanyDashboard' has been created with a newer version of the design tool. To Open this application you need to install the latest version of the design tool."

Please let me know how we can open this application, or I was thinking of an alternate for this:

While viewing this application from BI Launchpad, it runs, but it shows "Problem Accessing Data" in the dashboard. Forsure, the connection used in it, is not working properly and just need to be refreshed from the Design Studio Client Tool (and for that we need to open this application in DS Client Tool, which is not happening). So, is there a way we can find this connection in the BO Repository and we can refresh the specific connections so that dashboard shows data while viewing it from BI Launchpad?

Please guide!!!

Hi Kamal,

did you try to use the Lumira Designer in Legacy BI Platform mode to open the application?

This should typically work to do what you want.
