Hi guys,
I am experiencing a strange problem with a new AET field I created for Service Requests.
It is a drop down list and if I choose a value and save the service request, the value is not getting saved.
But if I edit the service request again and choose a value, it is getting stored if I save the request.
I have debugged the setter method of that new field and everything looks ok. The system recognizes the new value
properly.
Are there other methods I should check?
