I have another question regarding creating and assigning custom roles in Enable Now.

If I look within Manager (Administration - Permissions) and choose the newly created custom role (For example Company name_authoring Team)

And next to the column "assigned permission set" it says there are no assigned permissions. Am I right that these created roles are in this case "empty" so they haven´t already inherited the permissions sets from the system roles like (Master Author or Standard Author?)

Hi Katharina,

you are right if you create your own roles then they are empty without any permissions.

If you are in "Administration - Roles" then you can select your created role and inherited with an existing standard role. If you select the role, then you see on the bottom right corner an "add" button.

Click on it and then you can inherited your created role to the f.e. Standard Author role permissions.

You can create your custom role with PFCG and assign that role with SU01 for those user/s.
