User EXIT help for 2LIS_11_VAITM

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to enhance the std datasources 2lis_11_vaitm , with a zfield from a z* table.

I intially appended the structure in MCVBAK and MCVBRK resp. with a Z* field name. Now I need to fill in the tables. The Z* is a date field based on kunnr field.

Now do I need to use CMOD, RSAP0001, EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 to populate the field or as per the Robert's blog do I need enhance in the LIS communication Structure to populate tht field (if so How?, I couldn't enhance the mcs10001).

My custom field is a date field depending on kunnr, so if I enhance in CMOD, will I have any issues with deltas?

After the data source generation and the update activation, what precautions do I need to take for creating setup table (oli7bw)?

Plz help me out ASAP!!!!!

Hi,

I want to add one more point to this:

As per Robert's blog, when I appended the communication structure (MCVBAK), I need to populate it thru MCS10001.

But I cant enhance MCS10001 as its SAP std enhancement. So can I populate the field thru CMOD, RSAP0001.

Plz help me out!!!! Its kind of URGENT!!!!
