SAP Lumira server 2.4 not load from the BI Lunchpad (Business Objects 4.3), loading page appears and nothing happens, the same situation is when he wants to open a report saved on the BI platform as .lumx , i see only loading page Please help

Assure that Lumira Server has sufficient memory. This thing does not like it when you save memory here, the more it can get, the more likely it will work. We had different troubles with Lumira because of memory limitations and since we upgraded RAM and configured it accordingly, it works stable.

Yes, content from BO 4.3 opens correctly in Lumira Discovery on desktop, only in BO 4.3 is a problem.

I checked the Lumira server status in CMC is ok (Runnig, Enabled end Health is green)

I checked, I have SAP Lumira 2.4 SP00 Patch3 and SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 1 Patch 6 - so is suppoert, but not working
