Update purchase requistion status in R/3 after creating a RFQ in SRM

Hi experts,

I want to have the backend purchase requisition status set with "RFQ created" right after creating a RFQ in SRM for a external requirement. Is that possible? How can I do that?

Best regards,

Cristiano Soares

      Hi Cristiano,

You could use the BADI SAVE to trigger this backend PR update once the RFQ is created in SRM.

You could get some inspiration from the Fullfillment message sent back by SRM to R/3 PR when a local PO is created in SRM from an external requirement.

I don't think there is a standard BAPI to update this data particularly. Try BAPI_REQUISITION_CHANGE, if existing.

I'll check the purchase order update.

    Thanks for your answer.
