C4C Origin ID error to MKT in PRD

Hi experts

I have a bug in PRD when callers are brought in from C4C.

It gives me an error with the source ID.

This same error happened to me in quality and I corrected it by adding the C4C ID in MKT, specifically in the C4C Source ID settings.

But in PRD it doesn't let me modify and include the new C4C ID in PRD.

Hi Elio,

in Marketing Cloud Testsystem (in the manage your solution app; your third screenshot) you have to provide the System IDs of your C4C Test- and Prod-System and transport them to your productive system.

So for "Prod Business Syst.:" you have to provide the ID of your C4C productive tenant and for "Qual. Business Syst.:" you have to provide the System ID of your C4C test tenant.

Please double check that the IDs are correct.

Hello Elio.

Have you transfered your configuration from test system to PRD? You need to do that using export/import software collection apps.

I've already done it. What I don't understand is that in the Test environment it is necessary to change the origin ID that MKT has from C4C Test to the C4C PRD ID and do the transport?

But it does not leave Test with the same problem because it should no longer be the ID that corresponds to that environment?
