Is there a way to make the chatbot floating so that the user can move around the chatbot to other parts of the page if it's blocking some functionality? Or is there a way to minimize the chatbot so that it doesn't appear unless we choose to maximize it again?

I found these instructions for creating a floating chatbot window by inserting the <div> tag with an id and specifying the value for the id. You use this as the value for the data-inplace-container-id parameter. Hi Tim,

If you use the SAP Conversational AI Web Client, it comes with built-in drag and drop functionality (grab and drag from the header). The WebChat does not and floats in a specific place (bottom right).

In both case the Channel configuration offers an option to decide if the chat window should be opened by default or not.
