Hi,

After updating Customer Checkout to the latest version, self order or table order is not working any more.

Does the url changed?

It was configured and working fine until the upgrade.

Hi danivalle,

Many thanks for your ticket. Today in our remote session we have seen this issue is resolved: After confirming an order the open amount stays as expected (and does not change to 0,00).

Hi danivalle,

I had the same issue like you after an upgrade of my CCO manager from FP11 to FP12. After deleting the cookies from the URL .../ccos/tableorderui/ and empty cache from Chrome this got resolved somehow.

Thank you.

Now, after sending the order to the kitchen, the amount of the bill changes to zero. So I cannot make the payment online, or ask the waitress for the bill..

Is this additional configurations that needs to be done, or is an error?

As of Feature Pack 12 the URL to access the Table Order frontend is <server name>:<port>/ccos/tableorderui
