Hello,

After the last release, I wanna upgrade my system, but maintaining the existing data.

I do not see information about the process.

Could you pleas let me know how to update Customer Checkout Manager and Customer Checkout, avoiding a new installation and loosing all the existing data?

Thank you.

Hi Daniel,

you can find a short instruction on how to update CCO in the help documentation:

https://help.sap.com/viewer/9734df69fa0e411381929174bb064d9e/2.0.12/en-US/0eda95dc8c9744abb034504a25...

To update CCO Manager you just have to place the new ccos.war file from the downloaded archive into the webapps folder of your apache tomcat. Please run backups of the database and the c:\sap\customer checkout central server folder before you do that. I would then stop the apache tomcat server, place the new ccos.war file into the webapps folder, backup the old ccos.war (for a possible restore process) and then restart the apache tomcat service. After a few minutes the new ccom version is installed, in general without data loss.

It should work as easy as this when you upgrade from FP10 onwards, if you have an older version please read these instructions: https://help.sap.com/viewer/9734df69fa0e411381929174bb064d9e/2.0.12/en-US/ed4a32cb4adf497893e1c7f609...

I hope this helps! If this answered your question correctly, I kindly ask you to mark this answer as the correct answer. Thank you!
