for a long time I have had endless discussions with colleagues. Many customers, and even more, do not have a Solution Manager. Some, for whom we are VARs (obviously we are PCOE certified), incessantly ask us to generate EWA reports for them from our Solution Manager and send them by email. Technically this is feasible, but as a VAR, am I obliged to do it? Is it in the terms of the PCOE? I have no memory of this, I only remember that for 85% of customers there must be an EWA report but it is not mandatory that the VAR is responsible for it.
