What is the maximum number of roles that we can create in RCM to support the recruitment process?
Sample roles:
HR Business Partner
Recruiter
Hiring Manager

Those roles, or as we call Operators, for recruiting management are actually limited, and there is no way to create custom operators to embed them into the permission of Job Requisitions.
Here is the list of Operators available on Job Requisition configuration:
O - Originator
R - Recruiter
W - Second Recruiter
Q - VP of staffing
T - Primary Coordinator
G - Hiring Manager
S - Sourcer
V - Report Role
The letter on the beginning is the letter used when configuring the Job Requisition template permissions and also when selecting the option "Custom Roles" on Approval Route Map, for defining them to be approvers of the Job Requisition.
Now, all the operators there also can have an operatorTeam, which can be used to assign more users into it,, and the users part of the operatorTeam will have the same permissions are the main operator. The only caveat is for Route Map Approval, operatorTeams cannot be used for Job Requisition Approval.
