There are several resources available around Enable Now upgrades. We will always have posts on the Community site when a new release becomes available around key features in the release (May and November). See that SAP Enable Now 2105 section that is currently on the Community page for what this will look like. There is also a more comprehensive document that is published on help.sap.com by the Product team.
In additional, official contacts for Enable Now should also receive an email when the preview release is made available a few weeks before the Productive release to try out the upcoming changes in a non-productive environment. If you are the contact for your organization and aren't getting those emails, please work with your Customer Engagement Executive to ensure you are set up properly in the SAP communications system.
