Hello Experts

We are using EHSM 6.0 where Basic Material view is integrated into SAP Material Master. However, while accessing the Basic Composition View from Material Master the corresponding Menu item is not opening and system issues a time out error.

How to reproduce the error: When i use any material - using t code MM02and Select Compliance/Basic Material view Click on Edit Basic Material Tile

Error - It times out and does not open in NWBC.

I executed the report NWBC_LIST_OBN_TARGETS for OBN BPR_PRC_COMPL_DATA.EditBasicMatComp and I got the following results: and I have access to below roles.

  • B:EHSM_SAP_MASTER
  • B:EHSM_SAP_PRC_COMPL_CONSUMER
  • B:EHSM_SAP_PRC_COMPONENT_ENG
  • SAP_EHSM_MASTER
  • SAP_EHSM_PRC_COMPL_CONSUMER
  • SAP_EHSM_PRC_COMPONENT_ENG

Any help is apricated.

Thank you,

Dear Customer,

I have discussed your post with colleagues, who prepared the content of some SAP CAL solutions. It seems to be NWBC-related problem, so that it would be better to raise a ticket on NWBC team on this component BC-FES-BUS-DSK.

Best regards,

Tsvetinka

HI Gopi,

did you already create a ticket? Could you provide the ticket number? If not, you could check if it works in SAP GUI standalone. You did not mention any version numbers. For the desktop client you could try the latest SAP GUI patch:
